Our
Story.

Supplement Decoder is one of the things that came out of The Stack.

How we got here

We didn't set out to build a supplement brand. Like many of you, we were simply looking for ways to feel better and keep up with everything life throws at us.

Most products were either full of junk, overpromised quick fixes, or were just plain confusing.

In 2020, health wasn't a priority for us. Shreya was underweight, overstressed, and barely active. Kshitij was unfit, living on junk food, and stuck in the grind.

Over time, we made small, sustainable changes. Shreya found strength in yoga and fitness, while Kshitij became a marathon runner.

At the heart of it all was a deeper understanding of nutrition and the impact it could have on every part of our lives.

As we started sharing what we'd learned, we saw how many others around us had similar experiences. That's when we realised this journey wasn't just about us.

The Stack is a place for people who, like us, want to prioritise their health without overcomplicating it.

We're here to simplify the journey, someone you can trust to quietly support you as you keep showing up for yourself and the people who matter most.

Why the Decoder exists

The same question kept coming back to us: what does this label actually mean? Supplement Decoder is our answer. It reads every ingredient on a supplement label against the published research and tells you the dose that was actually studied, which form absorbs, what the evidence really supports, and how it all lands in an Indian diet.

Educating people properly was the point from the start. We would rather someone read a page here and decide they do not need a supplement at all than sell them something they cannot evaluate.

No products to sell, no affiliate links, no brand to defend.
